  • Understaffed, perhaps? I have a suggestion for a medical office: --Your office should always have enough staff such that if your waiting room is full, you can see everyone within an hour. -- Seems reasonable right? The last time I came here, I was offered a wait time of around an hour...after an hour had passed, I walked up to the counter to ask how long it might be. The only way the woman can tell is by counting our stacks of health cards. She indicates that there are still 15 people ahead of me, so maybe another hour and a half?!?!? OK, this clinic does not feel like the Loblaw's below. Awful front desk staff, who are unfriendly and just ignore you as you stand at the desk. Terrible wait times. The one time I successfully got in here, the physician barely even had time to sit down before rushing out. I like Steph L's description of the process here. I'm feeling awfully generous with 2 stars!
