  • I had excellent care at this facility yesterday. I'd been there before and had good service but nothing like yesterday. I was able to sign in online at home, and they sent me a text approximately 30 min before being seen. I arrived, signed in, sat down and shortly after I was called to verify ID and insurance. I sat back down for maybe 15 min before being called back. The NA (I think) took my vitals and had a great bedside manner. She could tell I was in pain, so she worked to be quick and efficient. Then the FNP (Tiffany) came in and I couldn't have asked for a better provider. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, aware and took the time to explain my issue (even printing out information and highlighting the specific areas). She was direct and answered all my questions without attitude but with sincere compassion. I'd definitely go back to and highly recommend this urgent care!
