  • Today I had a bad experience with one of the manager and receptionist of this branch. I lost my ID, when I got there I told the guy in a nice way I lost my ID so then he asked my bday and name and asked me if I wanna get a new one? I said yes for sure but not right now and he doesn't wanna give me a towel which is included in your premier membership right? Ok then can I talk to your manager and this white big dude(manager) asked for my real ID he'll keep it til I finish my workout. This is ridiculous!! I'm like wtf is this? Is this kind of a joke? Just for a freaking TOWEL they'll get your ID and keep it?! I didn't bother to ask their names but they're all rude there! I'll come back tomorrow to end my contract this is shitty the way they treated me. I must say all the people in AM shift are all NICE! Like super NICE and FRIENDLY!!
