I have had two procedures at Scottsdale Shea (now Honor Health Scottsdale Shea): a cardiac ablation and gallbladder removal surgery. I still see my electrophysiologist regularly who performed my ablation and he is very knowledgeable and professional. The gallbladder removal surgery happened after being lost in the blackhole that is Mayo Clinic for two months (do not ever go there for anything major--they really don't care)--it took only six days from my initial ER trip to my surgical consult, to follow up testing, and then surgery. It has been nearly a week and after being incredibly ill for months (missed a great deal of work, lost twenty pounds from being unable to eat, and had upper abdominal pain that was excrutiating), I am now on the road to recovery, am eating regularly, and feel human again. I am so grateful to them for their fast, attentive, and professional care. Forget Mayo--the name means absolutely nothing--go to Honor Health Scottsdale Shea. You won't regret it
