  • Firstly, they pull your car in, start vacuuming and polishing then come out for you to pay and it was $44. For an oil change!!! My fault I didn't ask first. Got all done and I left. Drove to Florida and on the way home, less than 1000 miles, the change oil light comes on. What? So on my first day off I went to JL and told them of the problem. They said probably the check oil light was not reset properly. They would be happy to re-service the car. No way. As I was waiting there was a man who told me he had his oil changed on Friday and it has been leaking oil all over. He was allowing them to redo the work. I always go to Pep Boys. They were busy and I had a Florida drive coming up so I went to JL. BIG mistake.
