  • PLEASE READ! Ok so I'm new to the area and just discovered tropical smoothie. I have been OBSESSED with theses smoothie since. However this particular location has definitely failed to have exceptional customer service. I have been twice before and the service wasn't amazing but I figured they were just bad days.. well today I decided to call and order ahead because I was in between classes. The young lady on the phone answered very rudely, put me on hold (put the phone down because I could hear dishes banging) and left me on hold for 10 minutes until I finally give up and hung up. I ended up driving there and going through the drive thru and when I pulled up all I heard was "what's your order" which caught me off guard because I'm used to establishments like this greeting customers kindly, however this place was different. So ordered and when I got up to the window she stuck her hand out to receive the payment, no words. And off I went. Now with my order, I ordered a smoothie and a wrap, the wrap had the option of chips or fruit that went with it, I chose an orange. After I left, I was in my car and opened the orange to eat it, when I find the center of the orange to be black with A WORM IN IT!!! I was so disgusted! I will be uploading a short video of it. But a worm in my fruit!??? The SAME FRUIT they use to make the smoothies. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. If I could give it negative stars I definitely would.
