The Grand tasting is a great event however I came 5000 miles for the whole weekend and if you don't know someone or have in at one of the hotels you will never never get into what you want. I ended up at the Golden Steer a 3 star experience with really second rate food. Thank God there was about 1200 calories so it was at least not fattening. The talks were nice but I booked the second day of the published event and was told by our hotel concierge that they could get us in to the super restaurant you will have to pay someone off to do it. I couldn't get into anything on Saturday and ended up at CONTAINER park. 170 dollars for about 6 second rate food establishments and 3 different second rate wines. That's it That's the whole thing for $170 Horrible rock and roll music. I can 5000 miles when I can get better food without the loud music. THANK GOD ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WAS THERE.
You will not have any option as all the good things are snapped up by re-sellers. Go to one of the really good restaurants
Was in early at the Grand Tasting and didn't see any chefs Unless you want to stand in line for a hour to get in make sure you pay the extra 100 to get in early
