  • I used this facility to store my belongings while I was between apartments late in 2017. From the very first phone call they were pleasant to deal with and eager to help me. I used movers to move my things (El Cheapo, who were familiar with the storage unit and also great to deal with), and had NO issues moving in or out. My storage locker was indoors, behind a locked gate which I was able to access almost anytime I wanted with my own personal access code. I was able to get deal for my first month, and they were able to pro-rate the second month, as I was not there for the full period. I hope to not have to put my things into storage again, but should I have to I would definitely be back to Public Storage on Jefferson. ** During this experience I also met a person with my EXACT first and last name. Same nickname, same spelling, and born one day apart. An added COOL factor to this experience :)
