  • Reading all the negative reviews here got me puzzled.. Although they mostly relate to returns or exchanges, which is nothing that I experienced here at this location. My rating is based on my experience, As I went there last week to purchase an item. The store was well organized, well staffed, I was approached by three different reps offering help, although the store was very busy, but I never felt like I was ignored, I kept being checked on. They had a good deal on that day, and I went for that deal. My purchase was smooth and successful and I left there a happy customer. Now all of this could change if I would go back and return something (which won't happen this time), but according to the reviews it might be true! but as a customer shopping at Swarovski STC, it's Good!
