Consumers beaware-I bought a 2009 Honda Shaddow in April 2011 this year. The salesperson wouldn't let me take the bike on a test drive. The mechanic couldn't tell me where the filler tank was for the radiator. The bike had no spare tool kit or operators manual. They were suppose to wash it and it was as dirty as it was in the showroom when I got it back they charged me $ 325 for bike prep but the bike was basically new and basically they didn't do anything except put more $ in their pocket. I later got the bike home and discovered that since they let me have it for lo/average blue book they put grey epoxy on the rear rim and hub just to get even. Poor customer service- all they care about is taking your $
