I've been here twice before and every time I've received top level customer service whether they were slammed with people lined up out the door or just wandering in and getting seated immediately. Yesterday I came in a little early thinking there might be a wait considering it would be what peak happy hour is (happy hour is all day Thursday!) But instead I was sat immediately, the waitress was so nice and brought me some water while I looked over the menu for a drink. I chose their New Belgium seasonal IPA which wasn't bad for an IPA but I can feel really hit or miss on IPAS, I drank about half of it before asking for a blue moon instead - defeated by feeling adventurous. Never once did she rush when my friend was late, when it took us forever to order as we were catching up, and she was nothing but patient and accommodating the entire time - I was impressed because we definitely sat there twice as long as the other patrons. I ordered the Hawaiian barbecue burger, rare, with the tator tots. Everything was PERFECT. Burger rode the line of rare and raw but honestly I can't even complain about that because there is nothing to me more annoying than ordering a burger rare and getting it medium well at best - kudos guys! She made sure our drinks were thoroughly filled throughout the entire experience and when the check came I was shocked to see she hadn't charged me for the IPA! I was definitely planning on paying for it considering I had drank just about half but that little detail was nice and it was even nicer to see that a year between both visits no amount of customer service, quality or value was lacking. Simply impressive!
