  • I love Torrid! I really do enjoy shopping at this store in particular. I never have a problem of them greeting me. The girls always ask me if I need help looking for anything, which is very rare when I need help because I know what I like. I shop there often enough that the girls know who I am, they know I like to have my space, and I rarely need a fitting room so they don't ask every time I'm looking at something. The prices are high but I don't mind because the clothes are cute and more stylish than Lane Bryant. The store is clean and easy to shop around. When I am here, I always have to buy something before I go. As long as they keep up the good customer service and customize their service to fit my needs, then I will continue to shop here.
