  • This is definitely one of those restaurants that you must try! Be prepared for a long wait, or piggyback onto a Diamond VIP client for speedy service. Burgers are outstanding! Perfectly seasoned beef, cooked to your taste. We ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger: aged provolone,!dublinar, boursin cheese over 1/3 ground chuck patty. Hog burger: Mangalista pork, bacon, BBQ pork, white cheddar, crispy onions. Truffle Parmesan fries: crispy, tasty and excellent dipping sauces. Curried shrimp salad: curried marinated shrimp, apple cider vinaigrette Cheddar ale soup with pretzels- tasted like beer, cheese, and soft pretzels
