This place is worth a solid 3 stars for the location alone. It sits right over the water's of the bellagio fountain which happens to be my favorite thing to see on the strip. Other restaurants have seating next to windows, but I think this one (maybe also olives) are the only one that allow you outside to see it all.
We called and made a reservation for a Tuesday night. While the restaurant really wasn't that busy, the patio is small so it's worth calling.
The service as most yelp reviews have said, was ok. Weird buser who kept making loud dramatic comments about how much water I was drinking. The server was a calm individual who never listened to what we would answer to his questions. Example, so" you guys are here visiting Las Vegas?" "No we're local, we're just celebrating our anniversary" "do you know what you would like to drink?"
The food:
1. The tuna pizza, pretty good. Bread to tuna was sad. But hey, it shows the chef knife skills to cut the fish that thin!
2. King crab tempera chopped and deep fried. Small portion but good flavor.
3. Salmon roll. Same as any roll at a sushi place. But they double the price.
Would I come again? Maybe for dessert and capachinos and sit on the patio. If your on the patio...it ain't worth spending your money here.
