  • NEVER again!!!! This place was awful. It took us 3 hours to get our car because (1) they aren't at the airport like they told us. You have to get to a certain station, call them, to come get you, then wait 20 minutes for them to arrive. There was 1 person in line in front of us and we waited 30 minutes to be helped. They told us there is a $500 fee we sign for in case of damage to the vehicle but it wouldn't come out of our account unless we didn't return the car or it was damaged. The money came out of my account before I even signed the papers. I was ticked. They also over charged us and I argued with them and showed them my email stating no extra fees or taxes. They gave us the car on 3/4 tanks of gas. When we returned it we waited a long time in line again. They tried to charge us for 2 extra border crossing days and I had to get in the back of the line to speak to a different person and finally got the 2 extra fees off. We wound up paying an extra $7 but I was done arguing and waiting. We then waited another 20 minutes to get their shuttle to the airport. This place is awful and I won't ever use ez rent a car again.
