  • This should get 1 star but they took care of me in a sense.... In 2 factors, 1. Victoria did everything she could to get me into my car 2. After all the bs I got financed. So it took a week and a couple days to initially get me financed that was annoying in it self. Then after I signed the paperwork the car wasn't detailed properly, said if I came back in they would do it. So took it in for a shake on day one and to get buffed and detailed made a appointment. Even tho they said they will see if they can get to it (lady in service is RUDE!) Service department was horrible took in because one of the tires was out of balance and (oh took them 3 days to get me in) I knew what the problem was it took them 6 hours to rebalance the tires. And never detailed the car. Said they would need it for. A day again, I know professional detailers takes a couple hours.... I told them I was so unhappy I would rather pay to have it done properly. Mind you I need the car for work so I missed a day for that. Then 2.5 weeks into owning it they contact me saying I need to come in the financing fell thru came well took them 6 days to get everything and come in. Missed a day for that.... Then they needed me to come back the next day to finish everything. Came on waited around for 1 hour oh we will contact you 3 days later I miss another day of work finishing up the paperwork finally car is mine. I'm relived. But explain I need another trip permit or my plates they are up in7 days. Go in 2 days before trip permit expires (today) they have nothing say should be in the next 2 days I said ok it takes 2-3 days to process thru my company there for I will miss work because the car isn't registered when the plates come sorry nothing we can do.... No there is you can get on the phone and have the info brought here. They said we will contact you. So I'm giving them 1 day I'll go back in there tomorrow. If they don't have them here there will be huge problems. Ok so update the dealer got me the green slip the day my tag expired on the 27th. Kevin the finance manager is a nice guy not sure what exactly was the truth and what was not I was told I have to get a warranty talked to the finance company they said different. There's a bunch of other things I could go on about but all said and done I got my plates and the car is finally mine so that's what matters. I will leave it at 2 stars because that's how satisfied I am with all this all the time I had to spend contacting them and going back and fourth. The service department was garbage 100%. Also heard many times from them they didn't make money off me which is rude and I know they did because the car was a trade and I know close to what they paid for it. That's just something you don't say to a customer. Hopefully I have no hiccups. If this gets better or worse I will add to this. So far I would advise NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER EVER!
