Disclaimer: I understand it is a business and they need to make a profit to keep the doors open.
That being said I had an rude and very unpleasant experience this past Saturday at the dealer. When my wife and I arrived we had one of the sales people come up not introduce himself and asked what we wanted. I told him we were looking into 4runners and asked him if there were any pre owned in their inventory. He immediately takes me to the new ones and when my wife asked him if there were any 2017 he sarcastically replied that they were all sold out but then said there were 10 cars (not 4runners) left of 2017 if we wanted a specific year. By then I couldn't deal with his attitude I kindly asked for a card he gave me one with out even saying goodbye and walked away.
His poor attitude is what cost the sale. I understand the 4Runner is a car in demand. But doesn't mean you to test me like that.
Will be looking into other dealers. I've heard good things about Tempe.
