  • Shannondoah is by far the BEST doula. She offers a variety of services, she's incredibly knowledgable. We hired her because immediately I saw she goes above and beyond. She loves what she does and it shows. I didn't get to have a home birth. I don't think anyone should give birth in a hospital or at home without an advocate. She was my cheerleader, my voice of reason and without her I know I would have had a completely different experience. I really appreciated her expertise in essential oils, massage and hypnobirthing. She coached me on how to effectively push. I managed to get all 9lbs 2oz of our chunky baby out in under an hour as a first time mom. She helped me in the first few hours breastfeed. Having someone you trust really helps when you're exhausted and doubting yourself. She's patient. She didn't leave my side until we were safe at home and even now her after care has been amazing. I feel so lucky to have found her last minute, I only wish I would have found her sooner in my pregnancy. She's a gift from heaven.
