  • Updated: Long Story short: When I asked if my insurance will cover my procedure 100% they said yes, but after the procedure I found out I had to pay quite a lot out of my own pocket because I was maxxed out (with only a few weeks to go before benefit maximum resets which I could have waited for). Of course I was very frustrated. Today I just came from a meeting with Dr. Nisha and I honestly appreciated her effort in reaching out and clearing things up. She had addressed the issue in a very pleasant manner, and I am grateful. She was very sincere and not condescending like others. My frustration came from how things were handled initially and the lack of empathy i saw from other people there. Because their service have been great before this one debacle, maybe 4 stars.
