  • One word... HEAVEN The atmosphere is over the top romantic. I love it. If you make reservations you can request a booth that is by itself. Restaurant week is a good deal but this time we went as a celebration. Melting pot asks about whether you are celebrating an anniversary, event, birthday, etc. They also ask if you have any food allergies, which is an added perk for those that do! You cook/dip all of your food into a fondue pot. It's actually really fun and feels like you are eating so much more food because it comes out in courses. I always pick my own (choose 3). It is a lot of food. Cheers to those that can eat 4 meats in the four course meal. It can be overwhelming if it's your first time because you have to order everything at once except for the dessert. I always go with the Wisconsin cheese. They bring out a tray of veggies, apples, and bread. Remember you can request more veggies if you want! I get the California salad, my husband gets the Caesar. The salads are fresh and delicious. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the teriyaki steak. It's really hard for me to get other meats because I think it's so delicious. I usually double up on that and then pick a third item. It changes every time. For sauces the goddess is everything. I need like three plates of that sauce.... seriously. For dessert I go with the turtle and always request extra brownies because they taste sooo incredible. Melting pot is SUCH a treat for me and my husband. I love the experience and the ambiance. We were celebrating a new job and Daniel our incredible waiter brought out a cute little cake a chocolate that said congratulations. What a special touch to our meal.
