  • I was seeing Dr. Andrews for awhile and never had any problems with her, but when I had an abnormal migraine (both length and pain were abnormal), I could not get into Dr. Andrews and so I got an appointment with Dr. Shaw. She seemed very frazzled and all over the place the entire time & never recommended me getting any sort of brain scan to confirm something more serious was not taking place (which my current physician that I switched to was horrified about). She gave me a shot of a strong anti-inflammatory and never came back in to check on me or anything (but I could hear her laughing and joking around in the hall way outside my door)...my husband had to leave the room to see if we should be going home because no one came to check on us. Days later, the pain hadn't gone down at all (at this point the migraine had been there for a week and a half), so I called again to see if I should be going to the hospital and Dr. Shaw stated that I should just "wait it out a few more days". She was absolutely careless, not thorough AT ALL and I will never go back. I immediately switched primary care physicians after this incident. The only thing nice I have to say about this office is that the front desk staff was nice.
