  • This place is a joke! Horrible customer service and they LIE like it's second nature. My Viking refrigerator ice maker has been broken for 6 weeks. They sent Hector out to fix it and he told me what was wrong with it and was going to order a part and it would take 1 week. After 10 days, I called. The incredibly rude man that handles the calls and scheduling, makes up a story about the part not being the right one and they need to speak to a supervisor at Viking. The refrigerator is under warranty and they are trying to get Viking to pay money for repairs that are not needed etc. The worst company, from the owner, Craig to the rude, obviously dishonest old man answering the phone, these guys can not be believed. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
