  • I have been a patient of Dr. Gipson for many years, both at his Shadyside office and Southside location. I have always been extremely satisfied with my exams, care and interaction with his staff. I had also referred my boyfriend as a patient for many years also. He is very hard to please and a difficult patient and considered Lasik for many years. Finally he trusted Dr. Gipson to have it done last year. Although surgery needed rescheduled because of an issue with his eyes, he is 1000% satisfied with the outcome. Additionally, Dr. Gipson accommodated another family member on a Saturday morning with an urgent problem. Dr. Gipson immediately diagnosed the problem and referred him to necessary specialists at UPMC Eye and Ear. Dr. Gipson and his staff have always been exceptional!
