  • I was shopping for some tile for a remodel project for my home and visited this store based on reviews on this site. The first person to assist me told me from the start that my choice of tile "was very expensive" even though it is a modestly priced tile and the project is very small, then he passed me to another employee who seemed bothered to be helping me. She showed me one tile like the picture I had brought in and gave me very curt answers when I had questions. I then asked about a different type of tile when the one she showed me was not what I was looking for. She showed me to this tile and left me to browse on my own, which was fine until I had questions. She seemed annoyed and again gave curt answers. She did not attempt to problem solve with me when I chose a nonstandard size tile, telling me it wouldn't look good. I left this store and found what I was looking for at another store that did help me problem solve.
