  • This Urgent Care was once a good quality place to go. After tonight I will not take anyone there or myself. Banner now owns and operates it. It would appear that Banner cannot run a medical care operation like a doctor office or clinic and should stay in the hospital business. I took my grown daughter there based on positive care there prior provided to me. What a mistake... there was only one person there in front of us for care. It took 15 minutes to get into the waiting room. After 45 minutes in that room no one had come into the room to ask or check on her. Asked what we could expected when one might come in there was no answer. After and hour and half we left never seeing one medical person of any kind. We arrived at 7 pm left at almost 8:30 still no staff contact other than at check in to insure you could pay. Bottomline do not use this Urgently care and I would question going to any run by Banner as well. Could not tell you if the staff and care is even by a quality professional. Never made contact with one to make a judgement.
