Here the ice cream is made order by order by freezing the ice cream with liquid nitrogen! The concept is definitely fun and makes for a unique ice cream experience. The store is clean and modern and the falling nitrogen gas when they make the ice cream creates a fun atmosphere.
We wen around 2pm on a Saturday and there was no line and the ice cream took about 5-10 min. I had the cheesecake ice cream with Oreo and upgraded to the brownie bowl. The ice cream was dense and smooth with Oreos crushed through out. The brownie was very moist and was a nice addition.
The cost was high at $7 for the small size with the additions but the serving was pretty big and I was full at the end. I will probably head back for the novelty and overall the ice cream tasted nice.
