  • Frightful. I purchased a brand new car from them in 2011 and wrote a check for it. I still have the car and have received monthly harassing phone calls for 5 years.. wanting me to trade in or buy new. I've even stopped in to speak with a manager, yet the calls continue. When having my car serviced, I have been charged double what any Auto Zone or the likes there of charge (some of this is to be expected when going to a dealership). The cherry on top is that the warning lights are all back on within a week. The service agents are however, very kind. Never again unless its something covered under warranty. Good luck and BEWARE!!!
