  • Short and simple. Went here for Bike night and some of the worst service and most idiotic staff I've ever encountered. A friend of mine waited over an hour for a classic flatbread. The server rang that in as a classic burger and didn't even receive that. We heard the classic excuse "The kitchen is backed up." I told the server that isn't an excuse. I told the manager the same thing. The establishment tried blaming the individual who made our reservation. Bad service and incompetent staff. Definitely will never go to Mad Dog again.
