  • Lol what a joke. To start, I ordered 2 white patio covers. The first was lattice and the other was solid. They are connected on my house. I'm not sure what happened but the finished product was a white lattice and a tan solid patio cover. 2 distinct different colors. During construction I noticed a worker smoking! Seriously!! What happened to professionalism. The install was done one a Friday. After I noticed the 2 separate colors I called the company. I told them I wanted to talk to someone in Charge. Trevor would be the guy. I said that I wanted to speak to Trevor and I wanted someone at the house ASAP. I was told that would be possible since Trevor doesn't work Saturday's. Listen buddy, I don't care what days you work or don't work. If you're an "owner" take damn "ownership" and come out on a day "off". I was then told someone would be at the house on Saturday (not Trevor but another worker) and then Trevor would be at the house Monday. Can you guess what company never showed up on Saturday nor Monday?! What a joke!! Here I am taking time out of my weekend and leaving work early and for what? To get stood up!! The brown panels were replaced to all white. I then get a call from their bill collector. I don't mind paying, it's what I agreed to. But I did say I want to talk to the man in charge, Trevor. Call never came. Instead it was another call from their collector saying they want payment. I gave up. I was tired fighting with such a company. Would never use them again nor ever refer them. Good luck.
