  • The staff at this location is nice. However, the online check in process is worthless. I checked in at 4:30. They sent me a text saying my appointment was at 4:58 and to come 15 minutes early for paperwork. I did. Then I sat until just after 5:30 before seeing someone. And the walk ins were still put ahead of me.. Not sure what the point of checking in online was. I would have been better if going straight in vs sitting at home waiting and consequently falling further down the line.
