rev:text	I'm a pretty laid back guy and not much bothers me, but I am quite disapointed with my experience at this dealership. First...I decided to buy a Jeep with slight cosmetic issues because it was the only one in the color I wanted. I was promised those issues would be repaired promptly. However, its 2 months later and I'm still trying to get these items replaced. The lower dash panel had a broken clip and the front bumper looked like it was backed into and scuffed pretty bad. The first time I brought the Jeep in to replace the dash panel I waited 3 hours and they merely hid the problem with actually repairing anything. I later discovered the problem was just masked and demanded the part be replaced. On the 2nd visit they kept my jeep for THREE days to change the dash panel. During this stay they were also supposed to replace the front bumper. At the end of the 3rd day I was called and informed my Jeep was ready. Upon pickup informed the wrong part was ordered and no repairs were done. The bumper was also not replaced and the service rep didnt even know it was supposed to be replaced. In addition, The Sales Manager also has very aggressive sales practices and is a liar. He'll tell you that you can refinance after a year with the dealership, but then the finance department explained that is not even possible. Its clear he cares only for making the sale and will lie to you without hesitation. I'll be taking my Jeep for service else where from now on. I totally regret buying from them and never will again. When it's time to trade up to the Rubicon I want I'll definitely be going else where.
