  • Well have to drop a one star again and here is why. Upon leaving my initial review about goettl doing a no call no show i get this message from them: My Name Is Curt Coker. I Am The Operations Manager For Goettl Air Conditioning. If You Could Please Send Me Your Phone Number So I Can Call You At Your Convenience Tomorrow And See What I Can Do To Make This Right For You. Our Only Goal Is Your Satisfaction. I Have Already Reminded Everyone In The Call Center Of Our Operating Procedures And How To Handle Our Customer's Valuable Time. I Apologize For Our Failure And Would Appreciate You Giving Us Another Chance. So i thought ok i can give a second chance. I was out of town and replied right when i got back (2 weeks). I stated thanks for getting back to me and here is my number. a week went by and nothing from coker. I sent another message stating i never heard from him, three days later, nothing. So basically a no call no show the first time, you offer to make things right and goettl blows me off again. All the bad reviews really do make sense now.
