  • Let's just start with the fact that this place is super clean, super well decorated, and extremely easy to get to. Just off the 101 N at Via de Ventura in the little center with Ventura Grill, Xclusive's is more than a neighborhood barbershop- without losing the attention and relationship you need from your barber. I had my shorn nape touched up by Brady Petreira, who did a great job and even got me to deviate from my normal fade with a rounded point hairline. He tapered me down to the skin, didn't nick me once, and finished with a straight razor and hot towel. In addition to giving me a great haircut, Brady was personable and attentive and ended up giving me the best haircut I've had in a cool minute. Being a woman with an odd haircut, its hard to find a barbershop that makes you feel welcome. Often, you're kind of greeted with a "why is she even here" attitude that does not inspire confidence in your haircut. Every single one of the guys at Xclusive's is polite and welcoming, and they even offered my sweaty self a water. Rejoice! You've found your friendly neighborhood barbershop.
