  • Awful service. They are polite, but if you make a reservation they will gladly take a walk in before you. This isn't the first time it happened to me but I always think what the heck I'll give them a second chance. I'm done with this establishment it's overpriced and they talk about everyone in another language. I know because they weren't sure if I could understand them. Lmfao. I'd rather take the trip to pacific mall. If you can't make the trip to pacific mall I suggest the nail salon just up the street called Maple red nails. I have never met such friendly people. Chic nails is not the absolute worst, but I'm sick of the way they treat their clientele.
