  • HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stayed at MGM for 3 nights. I originally booked my room through a third party travel site ( don't do it!!!) and they put us in the WEST WING--- which has NO VIEW and is super compact. Also, MGM charges a $30.00/day resort fee for slow wifi service and the pool. It adds up quickly!!! We ended up 'upgrading' for $40.00 so we could have a good view. Our upgrade included bath hooks that were falling off the walls, a shower that wouldn't drain, and writing all over the wall from kiddos. I called the front desk-- who never noted the phone call about the walls ( I just didn't want to be charged for it)! When I checked out today... No-one really cared or could confirm that I had called ... And I didn't wanna be stuck with a bill for damages. Just felt like it was a rip off. I don't mind paying for something nice ... But I want what I pay for. However, the housekeeping staff was super friendly and did a nice job!
