  • If i could put zero star, I will. This place is the most unprofessional dental office ive deal with. First, they will have u wait for about an hour even u have a set appointment with them. Second, the first dentist that checked me was a rude old lady, she seemed like cant wait to get rid of me and the 2nd dentist is young, nice but she's got heavy hands, it hurts like hell whenevr she touches my mouth and her assistant is rude. Third, the assistants or whoever process the paperwork and payments dont know what they are doing! They keep me charging the wrong amount. I asked them several times before going out how much i owe and i paid them right away. Im a person who pays right away what i owe and i dont want to worry about my bills being behind. I have a very good credit for that, oh i am so mad right now. I asked the office manager the last time i was there if i owe anything and she said i paid everything already and now after a month they send me a statement showing that i owe them money. And their pricing is different from whats agreed and recommended by my insurance! Anyone who's looking for dental services, do urself a favor. Stay away from this place!
