  • We've been going to them since moving into the city 6 years ago. They've lost all of their good doctors over the last year and the front staff is horrible. We have continual issues getting them to send prescription refills into the pharmacy, even to the point that is causes us to miss days on our meds (we give them weeks to get the refills in but even that doesn't help). It isn't out of the ordinary for us to have to call 5 or 6 times, every day, until they actually get them filled.
