  • Hands down the best carpet cleaning service in the Phoenix Valley . I have used different carpet cleaning companies in the past and had good & bad experiences, but never excellent service until now. Barefoot Organic is a family owned business that shines at customer service. They use Organic solutions that are not harmful to pets or little ones that spend time playing on the ground. Every time I call to set up an appointment Shantell, is friendly and helpful. When it comes to the actual service I am typically a bit uncomfortable with strangers walking through my home. With Barefoot Organic I don't have to worry about putting away valuables. Justin, the service technician is just as friendly and inspires trust. He very personable and you can tell is very honest person. When it is time to get my floors cleaned I don't think twice I call Barefoot Organic Carpet Cleaning. Their prices are more than reasonable. They don't boast the lowest prices and then try to up sell you on this chemical and that chemical. That is what happens when you call the cheapest place. They low ball you a price that actually does not clean your floors it's a trick to get you to set up an appointment and then they sell you vacuuming carpets first which is extra, pre treatment is extra, actual cleaning is extra, stains are extra, etc... Finally you end up paying a higher fee. Barefoot Organic, does not play the bait and switch game. They are an honest and ethical and that is why I will only contract them for my floor cleaning needs. If I could I would give them 10 Stars.
