  • Due to a misunderstanding and miscommunication,I wasted my time and money. I was told by Mom Doc MA "Kat" at the office of Dr Laird that my surgery was covered 100% by insurance but when I arrived they sprung a $3k charge and I left angry and disappointed. They claimed they tried to call me but I had no missed calls or voicemail. I was inconvenienced and nobody gave a rip. Took a day off work, two uber rides and my friend that was supposed to give me a ride had also been inconvenienced as well. I called Kat and she had no idea they charge that much at the surgery center and was a big miscommunication in the era of electronic and social media communication. So disappointed.
