rev:text	This business continues to impress me about how shady they are in their business practices. I recently made a payment thru their online payment system and my payment did not process. This payment never hit my bank or showed up on my statements but failed on their end. This was a not a big deal and when I was notified I contacted them to see what needed to be done. Everything was fine and I was told to continue to make the minimum to avoid interest like I have been. I went ahead and sent them the original payment plus and additional amount and all is good. Now fast forward and I notice my past couple statements and I am being charged interest. I contact billing who informs me that the interest in on the $75 payment that did not process. I told them I called and the agent didn't care. I asked what I needed to do to end that interest and I was advised I need to pay the $40 ish dollars remaining because I pay thru bill-pay monthly and that system doesn't know how to separate the payment. Then the insult comes.....I am also told to not bounce anymore payments. WOW way to make me feel like a looser. It was a simple data entry error which I explained and apologized. It's not like you tried to take the money and it was not there. You people are rude and treat customers like crap. I also find it really shady you are charging interest on something that was not even a purchase but rather a payment that did not process. How is that even legal? Avoid this business and take your hard earned money somewhere else.
