Im only putting a star because i have to. I called to ask how to cancel my membership because i was on a contract for a year i called a week before it was up and this rude manager was like you have to WRITE A LETTER LETTING US KNOW YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Called Abc which is their financial services and i asked to delete my debit card and the rep even told me confirmi5that my membership was up and it will not auto renew. Sure enough it charged me again. I am done with this gym. Needs to update. Who write letters now in days and who mails. Whats the point of having a website or phone. Or atleast have members go in the location and sign to cancel. That manager was so rude on the phone, he needs to be trained for some customer service skills.
