| - I would have to say this is by far my FAVORITE car buying experience ever!! I actually stopped in because of a bad life experience, I had recently lost my spouse to brain cancer and was left with an 12 Audi sports car and my own 09 BMW convertible that I had purchased at another dealership "used" i will write a review on them too, it was not the best experience so I have to explain that. But I was driving my husband's Audi and decided that I should stop into the BMW dealership and purchase a license plate frame because I did not want people to know where I purchased my convertible.
While i was there I had the pleasure of meeting Rose, who was AMAZING, very sweet!! I told her my situation and how I was just looking to purchase a frame that said BMW, well instead of charging me for it she said she would just give me one and told me she would be right back. While I was waiting for Rose to return, the sales manager Eric Ziegenbein came out to introduce himself and we found out we are both from the same city in Michigan and that my parents use to by vehicles from his friends major dealership. I felt an instant connection and he asked what he could do for me, again I explained why I was there, he asked why I did not purchase my BMW from him and after some friendly banter back and forth, he ran to get me a complementary license plate frame as well.
Rose returned and while I was waiting I had moved over to a 2015 BMW X1 which was completely gorgeous. To make a long story short, they ended up giving me an appraisal on my husbands Audi which had been put into my name and I had all the paperwork for my 09 convertible and I ended up leaving a proud owner of a 2015 BMW X1.
I did not get to leave that day with the vehicle I wanted, I am one picky B, so they had to locate the color and one with the interior I wanted which was found in California!
One of the most amazing things that I like about a brand new BMW is they come with 4 years maintenance which covers everything except for tires and this amazing vehicle while on a trip to Utah actually got 37.5 mpg!!!!
