  • I took my Lexus IS 250 to Exoticar after a fairly bad freeway accident. I was not looking forward to dealing with an auto body shop or insurance, but Jim made this an incredibly painless experience. I was always able to get ahold of him same day, and he kept me apprised as to the status of my car throughout. He worked well with my insurance so that I didn't have to. The front desk ladies were always helpful and retrieved things I needed for me from my car without hesitation. After my car was totaled, I purchased another Lexus. I will be taking my car to Jim in the future if need be.
