  • The hotel is beautiful and the staff has been delightful....except for the spa staff. We walked in 6 minutes late and they acted like we kept them waiting all day. What was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure turned into a stressful experience. They told us we could bring wine or champagne and the would provide snacks. No snacks AND they charged us a $25 corking fee- WHAT?!!! We would not have brought the champagne if we knew it cost $25 for us to open it! We will never return to this over priced spa. The only redeeming staff member was Taylor- super sweet and took her time on one of our three pedis. Don't waste your money on this spa!
