  • So the first time I walked into this place I was quite annoyed. I got a slip to pickup my package here. I walked in and was asked for ID. Since my ID is out of state you need another form of identification (water bill, electric) with the address. Obviously did not get my package at the time. I walked in the next day with everything I needed and was able to get my package. I know it's policy and had got over my annoyance really quick. I've been in customer service for all my life and know they're just doing their job. Since then, I've gone in once and the staff is always nice and welcoming. Thanking their customers for using their services. I will definitely go in again.
