  • Hands down the worst haircut I've ever got. Walked in and there were 2 barbers, no other customers. Wasn't greeted at all and just sat there for a few minutes. A guy named jose walks out and just says "haircut?" Awful customer service right off the bat. This guy hacked at the top of my hair with scissors as if he was trimming hedges in a hurry. Then with clippers he pretty much was stabbing at my neck and dragging them upward to give me a fade. Very painful. He didn't talk at all during the haircut. When it was all over I paid and walked out because I was in a hurry. Finally got home and took a close look in the bathroom mirror. The fade looked like absolute garbage and the top was so many different lengths it looked like a toddler cut my hair. Aside from the terrible haircut, the place was dirty and outdated. There was old vending machines inside with hand written for sale signs on them. Unprofessional and trashy environment overall. The positive? Only place in Lakewood I've seen a haircut for under 20 bucks. I recommend stefanec's in north olmsted. Haircuts are 2 bucks cheaper and you won't walk out looking like helen keller just lined you up. Long story short, stay away!
