  • After much effort to make an appointment I finally had a day & time set for a detail to be performed at my residence. Upon arrival the tech asked if he could wash the car in my garage. I had to say no because there wasn't room. He seemed quite put off by this. I was under the impression that "Mobile" means you detail vehicles in many different settings. Like outdoors in a parking lot while the client is working. The tech got out of his truck and walked around my vehicle to asses the job ahead. While he did this I stepped into my house and wasn't there for more than 3-4 minutes. When I came back outside to observe the detail process the tech had driven off without saying a word! Unbelievable!! What kind of business is this anyway? I called the office and got the receptionist who stated she would have the owner Darren call me. I never heard from Darren! Attempting to get my $$ back now! Good luck right?! Don't use Devon's Mobile Detail! Unprofessional, rude with a terrible display of customer service!
