My family and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my cousin's wedding. I heard from all around how great this place is, so you know I was excited and eager to eat. Apon entering the restaurant the decor was beautiful, you can tell this is a very upscale place. As we were seated they had a table waiting for us and provided cheese bread which was delicious. The waiter came up to us and explained how this all works. On your table, there is a circular card which I thought was a coaster on one side was green the other red. Green indicates you are ready to be served meat and red means not at this time. You have a choice of many different types of meats, a salad bar and sides of rice, beans etc.
As we made our way to the salad bar I was very unimpressed with the very minimal choices they had for an all you can eat salad bar. Being an upscale restaurant I expected so much more. Some of the items on the salad bar were not even labeled so I had no idea what they were. As we made our way back to the table and flipped our card around the meat started coming our way. They have many different choices pork, chicken, beef, etc. As I was trying the different meats only a few stood out. The bacon wrapped chicken and parmesan pork were my favorites. I tried several other types of meat some were too salty and others were really bland. I even asked the waiter for a specific type of meat I wanted and it never came around. At times this place can be a bit overwhelming with everything going on.
In my honest opinion, I really did not think it was worth $52.00 per person. I would have rather gone to Orange sky or Donovans and had a steak.
