rev:text	Vietnamese food with a twist ! SETTING: Very modern restaurant. Nice large wooden tables and booths. The decorations on the walls reminds me of seafood restaurants like boiling crab or crab hut, etc. The waitress here is nice and very informative. FOOD: Vietnamese Iced Coffee $3.25 This is authentic Vietnamese iced coffee. The one where you have your coffee beans pressed on top in a metal filter that is placed on top of a cup. Then you mix it yourself with condensed milk. The flavor is a little bit stronger but it is delicious! Oxtail Fries $11.95 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I thought I wouldn't like the gravy because it looked very gelatinous, but it was actually very creamy and tasted like oxtail infused. There are bits and pieces of oxtail, but I do think that they need more meat. Otherwise, the fries are delicious!! Pho Lobster $35 Never would I have thought that I would find a bowl of Pho costing $35 !! But it was pretty much worth the price. They give you a whole lobster! They even cut up all the meat for you so it's easier for you to eat and it won't get messy! The pho broth soup is good, but other then the lobster, its pretty plain. BUT the lobster tastes fresh and chunky. Hue Spicy Beef Noodles $9.95 This is basically Bun Bo Hue, but named slightly differently by the way. The soup broth here has a strong distinct flavor... kind of like strong mint leaves. The broth wasn't spicy at all. This soup was ok. I've had a lot better elsewhere. Overall, food here is good but there are not many options to choose from.
