Ordered a pair of shoes from Livestock/Deadstock, phoned in to exchange for a different size, rep said sure no problem will put the pair on hold. Later received an e-mail letting me know the wrong size was put on hold and the size I needed was no longer available. I say alright no problem, mistake happens, just refund me my money then. Was told no, Livestock/Deadstock's store policy is store credit only and would not do a refund.
Now I understand each store has its own policy, but when a store makes an error on their end, I would expect an honest business would refund a person's money if they cannot provide the service or merchandise, Livestock/Deadstock is anything but.
